Gift card Terms & Conditions

By accepting the Burgerz Gift Card you accept these Terms & Conditions
The Burgerz Gift Card is provided by Burgerz Den Haag B.V.
Burgerz Den Haag BV has the right, without prior notice, to end or change the Burgerz Gift Card program and/or to change, limit or extend these Terms & Conditions
The Burgerz Gift Card and the Burgerz Gift Card program are intelectual property of Burgerz Den Haag B.V
The Burgerz Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
A Burgerz Gift Card that has not been used for 12 months will loose its validity.
Fraud with, or intentional misuse of the Burgerz Gift Card will render it invalid and will delete the remaining value on the card
The value, or part of the value on the card can not be restituted or exchanged for cash
Burgerz Den Haag BV is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards, or unauthorize use of the card
In case the amount due exceeds the value on the card, the remainder has to be paid by other means.
